Callum Hudson Odoi says he still has a lot to work upon
Callum Hudson Odoi is slowly finding his feet at Chelsea this season. The youngster debuted in the adult team during Maurizio Sarri.
He has been linked with German side Bayern Munich earlier but has decided to commit his future to his boyhood club.
Hudson Odoi speaks about his progress
Callum Hudson Odoi is in a rich vein of form after scoring goals against both Manchester City and Morecambe. Frank Lampard has placed a lot of trust on the youngster.
The English international was earlier finding it difficult to get a spot in the starting line up with new arrivals like Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz but is now a first choice.
Hudson Odoi himself believes that he still has a lot to progress and can do better in the future. Chelsea will be facing Fulham next in the Premier League and desperately need to record a win now.
They played some positive football against Morecambe in the FA Cup and need to replicate the same performance. Hudson Odoi will be looking to get another start in the team.
“I want to keep working hard and learning every day. I want to keep educating myself whether it’s at home watching clips or just learning under the manager. He knows what to do and he knows what is right for me and how to play so I want to keep learning under him and working hard.
“Every time I get on the pitch or in training, I want to give my best every time. I want to give 110 per cent in the match.I want to always make sure that I’m ready. The best way you train is the best way you play in a game.”
