Camille Kostek arrived at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue’s 60th anniversary launch party in New York City on Thursday. Kostek was accompanied by her longtime boyfriend and retired NFL athlete, Rob Gronkowski.

Kostek wore a beautiful floor-grazing silver dress designed by contemporary stylist Maria Lucia Hohan. All eyes were on the fashion mogul as she entered the stage looking like an angel in the dress dubbed the Reina gown.

Her attire had metallic tulle and heart-shaped underwire cups near the bodice. When she turned around, the beauty of her dress was visible even more. A lace was attached around the waist of her gown that touched the floor.

Rob Gronkowski, on the other hand, kept things simple. He went with a casual office look, with a sky blue full-sleeve shirt and silver pants. The former tight end did the right thing because it was Camille’s night to shine, and perhaps he was against hogging the limelight.

Camille Kostek shared a glimpse of the afterparty with several unseen photos from the event.

Kostek was part of an ensemble of stars for the shoot, including Brittany Mahomes, Kate Upton, Martha Stewart, and Leyna Bloom. The 32-year-old felt nostalgic after attending the SI Swimsuit event at the Hard Rock Hotel in Miami.

Kostek was the co-winner of the 2018 edition of Swim Search, SI Swimsuits’ first open casting call in 2018. She debuted as a cover model for the publication in 2019.

In an Instagram post, she revealed talking with agents back in 2016, telling them that shooting for SI was her dream and top priority. However, she only found rejection and advice to rethink her career. Instead of giving up, she chose to fight her own battle. 

5 years later, I stand on the cover as a legend. Let this be a reminder that if you have a fire in your soul about a dream that feels far-fetched.

On the love front, Kostek raised a few eyebrows when she disclosed that she was staying away from Gronkowski for a short while. However, that’s all in the distant past, and they are happy together, although neither revealed anything about future plans for marriage.

There’s plenty of time to walk down the aisle. While the former New England Patriots star finished his NFL career, Kostek’s is only in its infancy. She’s focused on creating a line of custom-made jewelry in collaboration with Dune Jewelry.
