Jayden Daniels, drafted second overall by the Washington Commanders in 2024, took the NFL world by storm after taking his team to their first conference championship game in more than three decades. The 24-year-old’s stats were impressive to the point of perfection. He threw for 3,568 yards at a 69% completion rate, along with 25 touchdowns and only nine interceptions. His performance also earned him the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year title. However, the greatest achievement of his first season would be the rejuvenation he brought to a dying Washington football market.

The performances have awed many scouts and analysts. One NFL manager hinted that Jayden Daniels is the most poised quarterback in the NFC, triumphing over the likes of Brock Purdy, Jared Goff, and Jalen Hurts.
