Speaking to the reporters after the game, head coach Rick Tocchet claimed that he does not think that the injury is serious and it’s not his knee.
It was just something happened during the game. I don’t think it’s that serious. I don’t know from early reports. It’s not the knee.
Rick Tocchet said as per NHL.com
The Canucks now have a two-week break due to the 4 Nations Face Off from next week. Demko was not selected to be part of the Team USA roster and could thus use this gap to heal himself.
