Carlos Alcaraz has been arguably the best player on the men’s tour this season and has continued to write his name in his history books of the sport. However, at 21, he is without a partner. Despite the difficulty that comes with being a professional tennis player, he hopes to find a girlfriend soon.
The Spaniard seems to be focused on his game and winning titles, which he has done excellently so far. After struggling to produce his best game at the beginning of this season, he hit form in March to win the Indian Wells Masters and later the French Open and Wimbledon.
Alcaraz has won four Grand Slams already and is hoping to win more in his career. He featured at the Paris Olympics reaching the quarterfinals of the doubles alongside his partner Rafael Nadal and clinched the singles silver medal after losing to Novak Djokovic in the final.
The 21-year-old has been traveling since the start of the year with the dream of winning titles at every tournament he takes part in. Perhaps, that has given him no time to find the right life partner. Notwithstanding, he has admitted that he is in the search for one.
I don't have a girlfriend. But I'm looking for one. I'm looking for someone. It can be difficult for a tennis player to meet the right person because you're always traveling.Carlos Alcaraz said (via ABC)
Alcaraz is currently in Cincinnati, USA, for the Masters 1000 tournament. He reached the final last year and lost to Djokovic in three sets. In the Serbian’s absence, he will be hoping to claim the title this time around.
