Carlos Alcaraz and Spanish pop sensation Aitana promoted their respective Netflix docuseries together and this sparked dating rumors. The ‘Alcaraz, The Docuseries’ has aimed to chronicle the 21-year-old’s incredible 2024 season.

Alcaraz was in Melbourne for the Australian Open where he failed to fulfill his dream of becoming the youngest man to complete the Career Grand Slam. The 21-year-old met 10-time Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic in the quarterfinals where he suffered a heartbreaking four-set defeat. Last year, however, Alcaraz joined an elite list by completing the rare Channel Slam.

He prevailed over Alexander Zverev in five sets in the French Open final, followed by his straight-set win over Djokovic in the Wimbledon final. It was Alcaraz’s second consecutive title at SW19 as he clinched a five-set win over the Serb in the 2023 Wimbledon final. Apart from these two Majors in 2024, Alcaraz also emerged as winner in Indian Wells and China Open.

Aitana’s docuseries, ‘Aitana: Metamorphosis’, directed by Chloe Wallace and produced by Komodo Studio, is set to be released on February 28. The six-episode documentary series promises to show the many ups and downs of the 25-year-old’s career.

Aitana has often made headlines over dating rumors. She reportedly was in a relationship with Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, and now some rumors claim Aitana had a fling with Alcaraz. She then added fuel to the rumors when, on Instagram, she posted their picture about the docuseries.

Carlos Alcaraz and Aitana’s dating rumors spark after they promote Netflix docuseries

As Aitana and Carlos Alcaraz started to promote the docuseries together, it raised many eyebrows. Many Spanish fans can’t fathom why they decided to show up together, with some even were curious if they are dating each other. Some dismissed the claim, calling it simply a publicity stunt.

Alcaraz, though he claims he is single, has often been linked to Maria Gonzalez Gimenez. During an exhibition event with Alex de Minaur before the Australian Open, Alcaraz, while joking about how several tennis players got engaged during the off-season, once again declared that he was single.
