The 2024 Wimbledon was beaming with royalty attractions, with Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, 9-year-old Princess Charlotte and Middleton’s sister, Pippa in attendance. Carlos Alcaraz displayed his perfect self in the match gaining victory over Novak Djokovic. However, he seemed to have had an awkward moment with Pippa Middleton in the post-victory celebrations.
After engaging in a conversation with the Princess of Wales, and Princess Charlotte, he dashed straight out despite the princess’s attempt to introduce him to her sister Pippa Middleton. Unknowingly indeed, he missed the princess’s efforts at making her acquaintance.
The three royals attended the epic Wimbledon finals match this 14th July 2024. Kate Middleton in her conversation with him, can be heard saying,

As seen in the video, Pippa Middleton stepped forward to introduce herself, but the crowd burst into cheers, and the Wimbledon champion had already strode off.
The fans never miss a beat. The clip has since been making the rounds on the internet. However, they were extremely delighted to see the trio grace the event with their presence. The spectators gave Kate a standing ovation as she arrived in the royal box.
This was her first public appearance after the announcement of her cancer diagnosis in March. It made people equally overjoyed to see the princess return after she had stepped down from her duties while undergoing treatment.
