‘I’m on another level on top of another level, on top of another level’ – Henry Cejudo feels Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling are nowhere close to his level

Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling featured in one of the most controversial UFC fights of all time, at the recently concluded UFC 259. Just when the fight was progressing as it should, Petr Yan landed an illegal knee catching Aljamain Sterling completely off-guard. The fight was waved off after a while, and Yan lost the match and eventually his bantamweight title due to disqualification. It was the first instance of a title shift due to disqualification.
More recently, retired UFC bantamweight and former two-division champion Henry Cejudo, took to Twitter, claiming that Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling are nowhere close to his level and that he would ‘stop’ both of them in double-quick time.
‘I’d stop both of these dude in no less than 2‘ – Henry Cejudo
Cejudo tweeted, replying to a capture of a Petr Yan apology tweet to Aljamain Sterling, “You know what’s crazy these guys are fighting over a sliver medal. Watching these guys fight on Saturday let me know that I’m on another level on top of another level, on top of another level, on top of the other level. I’d stop both of these dude in no less than 2 @danawhite
Cejudo is known for making such comments from time to time. No one knows whether to take him seriously or not. He last fought Dominick Cruz at UFC 249, knocking Cruz out in only the second round. He then immediately announced his retirement and vacated his bantamweight belt, following which Petr Yan won it by beating Jose Aldo. Ever since that day, ‘The King of Cringe’ has been hinting at a possibility of a return to the octagon, which hasn’t happened so far.
Do you think Cejudo will make a return to the octagon and lay his hands on the championship belt once again?
