In the viral video, Jaylen Brown can be seen driving in the neighborhood and stopping by some people hooping. He then snatches the ball, dunks on one of them and shortly after runs back to his car. While this video had millions of likes on TikTok back in the day, it has again gone viral on X.

People nostalgically report the video with comments on the current Finals MVP dunking on random people in the neighborhood. Brown was showing off his bounce to the neighborhood in the video. The Celtics star has produced some of the most hilarious moments on and off the court while deliberately contributing to the team’s win.

Jaylen Brown’s resume says he is a scholar off the court

Jaylen Brown did not just ace in basketball. He also graduated top of his class. In high school, the Celtics star won Mr. Georgia Basketball. He chose a college less renowned than Kentucky and Kansas after graduating from high school. Brown had also made it to the varsity team of his college chess team.

Brown also had a strong grip on linguistics, not only in sports. He had a strong hand in languages like Spanish and Arabic. He was also the Vice President of the NBA Players Union at the age of 22 years old. The Celtics star, having the resume of a scholar and the brain of a scientist, had also been the ace in his sport for quite a long.

Moreover, outside the court, Brown remains a philanthropist and a social activist. The Celtics star has spoken in length about police brutality against Black people. It was evident after the tragic death of George Floyd in 2020. Moreover, the Celtics guard also advocates for education among the youth.

Having won the title alongside Jayson Tatum and Jrue Holiday, Brown is the smartest on the court. Brown’s resume surely transcends his basketball IQ. Winning titles like Freshman of the Year and Mr. Georgia, Brown is now an NBA champion and Finals MVP.
