Champions League: Liverpool v Midtjylland Preview and Predictions

Liverpool take on Midtjylland at Anfield, which is their first home match in this UCL season. Liverpool come off wins in the Premier League against Sheffield United and Ajax in the Champions League. Midtjylland sufferd a huge defeat to Atalanta in their last match and would be looking to get the first win of their campaign.
Jurgen Klopp is expected to rest his favoured front three and call up on the back-up front three. Against Ajax, Klopp made the decision of pulling his entire front three for another. Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane gave way for Diogo Jota, Takumi Minamino and Xherdan Shaqiri. The chemistry between Jota and Minamino were a joy to watch as both were quick and intelligent on the ball. If Shaqiri can regain his form, this front three can be used across other competitions, giving the first choice three a rest.
Midtjylland made a sensational comeback against Bromby in their domestic league and won the match 3-2. They were two goals down and clawed back impressively to win the match. That confidence will be important for them as they take on the mightiest teams in this league.
Injuries:
Liverpool: Virgil Van Dijk, Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain and Kostas Tsimikas. Thiago Alcantara, Joel Matip and Naby Keita miss this match due to an assessment of fitness.

Predicted Line-ups:
Liverpool: Alisson Becker (GK), Neco Williams, Rhys Williams, Fabinho, Andy Robertson, James Milner, Curtis Jones, Georginio Wijnaldum, Diogo Jota, Takumi Minamino and Xherdan Shaqiri.
