Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk has been quite the stir in the boxing world ever since they were announced. This is mainly because it is the first undisputed heavyweight title fight since 1999. Hence, things have remained quite heated on both sides. This was seen during the faceoff between Fury and Usyk, in which the ‘Gypsy King’ attempted to intimidate him by clashing heads. Similarly, this happened again, but this time it was between John Fury and a member of Usyk’s team.
At this point, John has become well-known for being a hot-headed member of his son’s team. This was seen before the Tommy Fury vs. KSI fight when John continued to show his aggression and antics. As such, Fury’s father continued this same trend ahead of the undisputed heavyweight fight and got into a heated clash with Usyk’s team members.
The incident happened after the members of the training camps got into a heated exchange ahead of the fight. Hence, tensions were quite high between them, and both sides did not wish to waver. This caused the situation to escalate because things only kept getting more heated between them. Subsequently, John Fury was then spotted getting up close with a member of Usyk’s team.
In another instance, John attempted to push him with his head, but Usyk’s team member did not back away. This continued for a while, and John decided to headbutt one of the members. As such, this caused him to get a cut above his head, which instantly started to bleed. However, Fury’s father instead appeared quite ecstatic and yelled out that he “lives for this sh*t.”.

The animosity between the two training camps is at an all-time high, as can be seen from the recent incident. Even though John is known for being aggressive, he has never had a direct confrontation like this. However, John did not shy away from attempting to assert himself and intimidate Usyk’s team members.
Subsequently, when a young member got in his way, he lost his cool and headbutted him. The young member did not seem to be harmed by this since John was the one bleeding from his forehead after the headbutt. Fans were somehow not surprised at all by the recent incident, even though this is the first time that John has escalated matters to this point. This is mainly because of his antics during the pre-fight week before any of his son’s fights. Fans even hilariously mentioned that Bill Haney would one day become like John at this rate.
