Charles Barkley gives verdict for Nuggets vs Clippers series after only 3 games
NBA analyst Charles Barkley made his feelings clear regarding the ongoing playoffs matchup between the Clippers and Nuggets after Game 3.

Charles Barkley gives verdict on Clippers vs. Nuggets
The NBA playoffs’ most intense and thrilling series to date has been the Los Angeles Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets first-round battle. The Nuggets claimed an important win in Game 1 at the Ball Arena with Nikola Jokic leading them in attack. However, the Clippers provided a fitting reply, winning back-to-back games (2 and 3), leading the series 2-1.
The Clippers’ most recent win came on Thursday at the $ 1 billion Intuit Dome, led by stars Kawhi Leonard and James Harden. Their win was applauded by many NBA analysts, with Charles Barkley being the latest one to chime in on this. Barkley directly gave his verdict after witnessing the Clippers’ dominance over the Nuggets.
I think this series is over.
Charles Barkley said on the NBA on TNT show
However, Barkley may have gone with his verdict a bit early, as per many NBA fans. It is mostly because the Nuggets possess Jokic, an MVP front-runner candidate, who can change games in minutes. Jokic and Co. will be more focused than ever to prove that Barkley is wrong going into Game 4 of this ongoing series at the Intuit Dome.

As for Game 3, the Clippers won their first playoff game in the Intuit Dome 117-83 after taking the lead in the first quarter and never looking back. They defeated the Nuggets with a huge margin of 34 points. The Clippers had a fantastic offensive game with four of their starters scoring 19 points or more, but they also played excellent defense.
On the other hand, Nuggets star duo Jokic and Jamal Murray were the only two players who performed in attack for their side. Aaron Gordon helped with 15 points, but his input did not make a difference as they were outclassed by the Clippers all night.
Nuggets HC David Adelman made his feelings clear on his side’s loss to the Clippers
The Nuggets got the taste of their own medicine as the Clippers came back from a 1-0 deficit to make it 2-1 on Thursday at the Intuit Dome. They were outclassed in every department of the game by the Clippers’ stars Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, and Norman Powell. In the wake of this loss, Nuggets HC David Adelman provided his honest feelings.
We got what we deserved. We’ll reassess tonight, watch the film.

Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic both produced strong offensive games, as they have throughout their careers, but it was insufficient to keep the game close. As demonstrated in Game 1, if Denver hopes to win this series, their supporting cast must perform well. Game 4 is scheduled for Saturday to avoid a 3-1 hole before returning to Denver.
Clippers HC Tyronn Lue hails James Harden’s performance against the Nuggets
Over the past month or so, the Clippers’ stock has soared. With an eight-game victory streak to end the season, coach Tyronn Lue and his team sent a powerful message. This abrupt change has been largely attributed to their stars, James Harden and Kawhi Leonard. So much so that the Clippers are leading 2-1 in their ongoing playoff series against the Nuggets.
Notably, Lue was all over Harden’s performance against the Nuggets in Game 3 at the Inuit Dome, praising his defensive output in the game.
A masterpiece of taking what the defense gives you.
Tyronn Lue told the reporters

Harden was on fire against the Nuggets, recording 20 points, 9 assists, and only 1 turnover. He was supported by the scoring prowess of Leonard and Powell throughout the game, dominating the Nuggets on their home court. The Clippers will look to increase their advantage to 3-1 going into Game 4 of this matchup.
