Well, because I was at Starbucks today. It’s dangerous in there, Ernie. There were fists flying everywhere.

Charles Barkley couldn’t have had that, so he went ahead to side with Rapoport. The two NBA analysts decided to settle their differences out with a brawl on May 19. The entire panel was in fits of laughter for quite some time as they referred to the recent football drama. The back and forth between Ian Rapoport and Jordan Schultz began when the two bumped into each other at a Starbucks.

Allegedly, tensions arose when the former contested one of the latter’s report regarding a meet-up between Tom Brady and Matthew Stafford. Per reports, the Fox reporter seemed to have confronted Rapoport when the two were heard in an heated exchange. Ultimately, the matter was reported to NFL security.

Charles Barkley and team’s hilarious assessment of Ian Rapoport and Jordan Schultz’s disaccord had the internet in splits. Sooner than later, it quickly reached the NFL insiders themselves. Neither of the two would have passed on the opportunity to give their reply.

Rapoport took to social media to heap praise on Barkley and called him the “best basketball player” amongst those on the panel. As for Schultz, he alleged that Charles would have been in stitches if he knew who had called the security. Alongside, he attached a clip of Barkley and Shaq from years ago as they crackled at LAPD being called to the Lakers locker room.

They were not the only ones who had joined in on the football drama. ESPN’s Adam Schefter also jested at Rapoport meanwhile The Pat McAfee Show also poked the reporter on air.
