Charlotte Flair breaks silence on competing in first house show match after 475 days

The next day, a live event took place in Nottingham, England, where Charlotte Flair competed again. She defeated the Scottish star for the second time in two days, building momentum for her world title match at WrestleMania 41. Reflecting on her serious injury from last year, the 38-year-old veteran revealed that she tore her ACL during a match against Asuka, which forced her to miss WrestleMania.

The Queen will challenge the young champion, Tiffany Stratton, for the WWE Women’s Title at the Showcase of the Immortals. Stratton won the title by betraying her friend Nia Jax and cashing in her Money in the Bank contract. On the latest episode of Raw, the two were scheduled for a verbal face-off, and many fans believed the veteran outshined the champ. It will be interesting to see who leaves WrestleMania as the champion.
