Chelsea Green and controversy go hand in hand, as she and her partner, Piper Niven, once again found themselves in trouble. Recently, as they were entering the building ahead of the latest episode of SmackDown, they were stopped by security for their credentials. The guard’s audacity to ask for their IDs left them furious.

The security doing their job upset Piper Niven who told him to move out of their way. Chelsea Green appreciated her aggressive nature and remarked that it was amazing. Of course, they also shared their experience of the treatment they received from security on social media.

However, they couldn’t channel their aggression in the squared circle, as the 33-year-old star was unable to defeat Jade Cargill. Both superstars went one-on-one against each other in round 1 of the Queen of the Ring tournament. Although The Hot Mess tried her best, even resorting to distracting Big Jade with her shenanigans, the latter ultimately blasted her with a devastating blow, resulting in another embarrassing moment.

As of now, Green is hoping to secure a rematch against Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship. After losing to Perez on the latest episode of NXT, the 33-year-old star reached out to Ava Raine, asking for her help to make the rematch official. It will be interesting to see whether the NXT GM agrees with Chelsea Green’s proposal.

Dutch Mantell showered high praise for Chelsea Green

Although she didn’t wrestle on the latest episode of SmackDown, The Hot Mess was in the middle of all chaos. To make her friend win the match, she ended up eating a punch from Jade Cargill. Now, a WWE veteran expressed his honest opinions about the whole segment and the 33-year-old’s antics throughout the match.

While speaking on Sportskeeda’s SmackTalk, Mantell showered praise on her and said it was the best bump of the match. He also referred to Green as a “diamond in the rough” and made a bold prediction that WWE has something big planned for her in the future.

Speaking about the match, he also praised Niven and stated that she played her role perfectly, complementing Cargill well. He further added that although she lost the match, it didn’t negatively affect her. According to him, better things are waiting for the duo in the future.
