This week’s SmackDown featured a number of qualifying matches. One such match was Jade Cargill vs. Piper Niven. To spice things up, Chelsea Green was at the ringside to support Niven. However, the spotlight switched to the Hot Mess during the match when she viciously slapped the Storm.

Green’s husband and former WWE star, Matt Cardona, acknowledged the wrath of the slap on X. He went on to request that his wife give him such a blow on his birthday. It was quite a kinky remark by the Indie God himself that made rounds on the internet.

The former Women’s Tag Team Champion played a crucial role throughout the match. However, her attempts were unsuccessful in helping her good friend achieve victory. Besides, it was quite an audacious move by Chelsea Green to slap Jade Cargill. The Big Jade looked quite cranked up with that move as she went on to lay out all of her frustration on Chelsea’s tag team partner.

Furthermore, the Hot Mess also looked concerned about her hand, which was quite hilarious to see. Later on, the Big Jade also delivered a vicious blow to Green. It seems like, after a handful of embarrassing incidents, the 33-year-old star has finally got something to boast about.

Chelsea Green discussed her relationship with Piper Niven

Chelsea Green and Piper Niven were paired together last year. What felt like an upset pairing quickly became one of the most beloved tag teams in WWE. They had a successful Women’s Tag Team Championships reign, which further cherished their relationship. Recently, the Hot Mess talked about her bond with Niven.

Speaking on the Busted Open Radio, Green praised Piper. The 33-year-old star revealed that they had worked together in Japan, and the Scottish superstar has taught her a lot of stuff during their time together.

I always thought she was so talented. I was so happy to see her go to NXT UK and then be called up to [WWE's] main roster. So it was a really, really easy fit when they told me that we were going to be partnered together. I was excited because, at the end of the day, a tag team has to have some sort of solid foundation or it's a really rocky, awkward start.
