Chez Reavie is tied for 48th place in the Barracuda Championship after finishing Round 2 with a score of +1. His overall score is +13. Reavie struggled on the course, carding four bogeys and one birdie during the round.
He finished Round 1 with a score of +12, which included both pars and bogeys. The event, hosted at the Tahoe Mountain Club in Truckee, California, uses a modified Stableford scoring system. This novel style promotes aggressive play with points for birdies and eagles while penalizing players for bogeys and worse.
Reavie expressed his frustration after Round 2. He had a tough time playing at the Barracuda Championship this year. However, somehow he has managed to save the cut.

Reavie, who won this tournament in 2022, will need to improve his game greatly in the next rounds to compete for the title again. The 2022 Barracuda Championship featured a total purse of $3.7 million. Reavie secured a winner’s share of $666,000. This victory also granted him a two-year exemption on the PGA Tour.
