WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark has given enough evidence to prove that she is as ardent a football fan can be, even though she is loyal to her Kansas City Chiefs.

For someone who lived not far away from Arrowhead Stadium, the red and white franchise has been her family’s pride, even when they were not experiencing the success of recent years.

For Clark, the recent success in both her career and with the Chiefs has helped the two blend in various ways. A byproduct of that fandom is that she ends up not appreciating some of the team’s fiercest rivals.

When the Indiana Fever point guard returned to speak on New Heights, Travis and Jason Kelce got her into creating their fantasy team. When the Buffalo Bills appeared as an option for them to choose from, Caitlin Clark said:

I hate the Bills, ugh.

She said this when Jason Kelce trolled her for liking the New York State-based franchise. The 23-year-old then gestured with both her thumbs down, indicating she does not like the franchise one bit, especially since their rivalry with the Chiefs has become a talking point.

However, since they had to select a player for their fantasy team, she agreed with Travis Kelce‘s opinion and selected Josh Allen. She remarked that the reigning MVP is a fantasy team owner’s dream with the number of points he garners compared to other options.

Caitlin Clark reveals she likes Drake Maye and Patriots

While continuing to talk about a football fantasy league, Caitlin Clark got talking about the teams she supports. That is when she ended up revealing who she backs other than the Kansas City Chiefs.

I’m a Drake Maye fan, I think he’s been incredible… I’ll probably be pulling for the Patriots.

The WNBA star revealed that she also appreciates what Matthew Stafford has been doing with the Los Angeles Rams, as well as Sam Darnold, who is having a terrific year with the Seattle Seahawks.

It seems she has been keeping tabs on the best quarterbacks in the league, and named those who have been battling for the top position in the MVP race as the regular season reaches its final stage.

Then, when Travis Kelce mentioned that he could support any quarterback in the league, Caitlin Clark did not appear to be on the same page and mentioned that there are some whom she cannot support.

It seems she has some inhibitions about certain signal callers. The Iowa native did not name anyone, but it could be a wild guess to think that some of them are those who may have stopped the Chiefs from success recently.

Caitlin Clark’s fantasy football punishments shock Kelce brothers

As the trio was rounding up their fantasy football picks, Caitlin Clark got talking about how her selections helped her to avoid finishing last. On that note, Travis Kelce asked her what her punishments were for this year.

You can do a 17-hour bus ride, no phone… You just have to sit there. Actually, you had to take the phone, as you had to live-stream the whole thing on Instagram, so everybody can watch, to make sure you aren’t doing anything.

Caitlin Clark revealed

Hearing this, both Jason Kelce and his 11-time Pro Bowler younger brother were left shell-shocked. They could not believe the extent of the punishment, as it is nearly impossible to sit for that long on a bus without a phone or a book as entertainment.

Clark then added that those who finish last in her fantasy league can also choose to do stand-up comedy, take part in the IHOP pancake challenge, or even pay out money to avoid any of those punishments. Quite the motivation to avoid finishing last.
