The Kansas City Chiefs might have a lot of bandwagon fans on their train owing to their three Super Bowls in five seasons. However, neither Taylor Swift nor Caitlin Clark is among them as they have their own reasons to be superfans of this team.
Their affection towards the franchise is one of the threads that is common between them. Then add in the fact that Clark is a longtime fan of the Grammy Award winning musician’s work. However, there are many such people in the world, who are fans of the Chiefs as well as Swift.
But Caitlin Clark has elevated herself to become the most talked about athlete in the world. Her stature has become such that she went from recording TikTok videos singing Swift’s songs, to actually meeting the ‘Fearless’ artist.
Their paths crossed when the Indiana Fever superstar attended two Eras Tour concerts held in her city of work. In the second of them, she met Swift’s boyfriend and Chiefs star Travis Kelce. They hit it off, and it ended up with a backstage visit to meet her favorite artist.
Clark revealed at a later stage that she received a ton of Eras Tour goodies and was invited to a Chiefs game. It all came together when the Houston Texans rolled into town to take on the back-to-back Super Bowl champions.

ESPN cameras captured Taylor Swift and Caitlin Clark sitting together. They are seen on multiple occasions talking about the game and pointing to certain plays. It seems life has come full circle for the girl born and brought up in Des Moines, Iowa.
Caitlin Clark and Taylor Swift sitting together gets a snarly comment from veteran analyst
As mentioned above, Caitlin Clark went from humming to Taylor Swift‘s songs on TikTok in Iowa to sitting beside the pop icon in the Chiefs suites. How that came about is the WNBA superstar’s growth to become one of the most popular faces in the world. Knowing that, veteran analyst Skip Bayless wrote this on X.
The 73-year-old former ESPN and FOX analyst might have a point here. The Fever star clarified that she was no bandwagon fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. On top of that, her growth has made her more popular or talked about in the world.
WAIT, CAITLIN CLARK IS UP IN THE ARROWHEAD BOX WITH TAYLOR SWIFT??? CAITLIN, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SEEN WITH HER. YOU'RE BIGGER THAN SHE IS. JUST STAY ON YOUR OWN PATH.

So much so, that fans at the Eras Tour were going wild seeing her in the crowd and not watching Swift perform. However, the WNBA Rookie of the Year is humble enough to not bother about what the likes of Bayless say. She will instead be waiting for the time Swift to return her promise and come along with Travis Kelce to watch the Fever play.
