The latest episode of Raw opened with CM Punk cutting a promo. He congratulated John Cena on his retirement and addressed his arch-nemesis, Drew McIntyre. Further, he asked Adam Pearce to come out to the ring and lift The Scottish Warrior’s suspension so the two could have a brawl. However, it was Seth Rollins instead who came out to have a word with the Best in the World.

As Seth Rollins was making his entrance, Punk exited the ring and sat by the announcer’s table, claiming that this entrance was going to take a while. Punk then called out Michael Cole for calling him by his real name at the Money in the Bank PLE. The commentator simply chuckled and asked him how he thought his actions would affect The Architect. Meanwhile, Pat McAfee could be seen raising his arms and singing alongside the crowd to Rollins’ entrance music.

CM Punk seemed annoyed by this but ignored him. Once again, he said that the former World Heavyweight Champion’s entrance took too long. Cole thought that the singing was enjoyable, and McAfee raised his thumbs in agreement. The Straight Edge Superstar then called out the 37-year-old for never calling him on his show, The Pat McAfee Show.

On the latest episode of Raw, Bron Breakker went one-on-one with Ilja Dragunov. During the match, McAfee called the Steiner a “brick sh*thouse.” After this remark, Michael Cole could be heard stifling with laughter behind the commentary table. The veteran claimed that he got his point, but there were other ways to describe him.

Pat McAfee said that it was nearly 10 p.m., and that was the only way to describe him. Further, he called him a freak, a beast, and a dog. A few seconds later, he was seen covering his face to hide his laughter, and he even apologized for the remark. The two commentators then burst out in laughter.

A report by Fightful later revealed the backstage reaction to McAfee swearing on live TV. There were some chuckles after this comment, and someone in Gorilla Position even said that they could not wait for the show to move to Netflix. Moreover, there is reportedly no backstage heat on the 37-year-old for these words.
