Sheamus is one of the most beloved superstars, and his ‘Celtic Warrior Workouts’ series is popular among fans. It has inspired many to focus on fitness. In the series, he trains with other superstars, trying their intense workouts. Guests in this series have included Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, Penta, and more. The latest one was none other than CM Punk.
The Best in the World shared a hilarious story on Instagram about their meeting. In the video’s title, Sheamus used CM Punk‘s real name, ‘Phil.’ Although fans were aware about his real name, Punk still advised The Celtic Warrior not to use it in public. Ironically, the 46-year-old veteran called him by his real name, ‘Stephen,’ but misspelled it as ‘Steven’ in the caption.
In the video, Sheamus and Punk did chest and bicep workouts while reminiscing about their long WWE careers. They discussed what keeps them motivated despite achieving so much. As WrestleMania approaches, both stars have very different paths.
I do not advocate or recommend using government names in public. Thank you Steven..

The Celtic Warrior last competed in the Royal Rumble earlier this year and has been absent since. Fans believe his road to WrestleMania won’t be easy. They have long hoped for him to become a Grand Slam Champion, but given his current status, it seems unlikely. Meanwhile, Punk is set for a high-stakes triple-threat match against Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.
Triple H talked about how he and CM Punk buried their decade-long hatred for each other
WWE fans know that Triple H and CM Punk had a strained relationship for years, which contributed to Punk’s fallout with the company. However, in 2023, Hunter took the initiative, and a single phone call changed everything. They reconciled, realizing they had grown enough to move past old grudges.

While speaking with his wife, Stephanie McMahon, on her new show, Stephanie’s Places, Hunter admitted he never expected Punk to return. He even said that two years ago, Punk himself would have rejected the idea. The 14-time world champion acknowledged that time changes things, and both have matured.
If there was ever a guy you said will never return here, it would be CM Punk, right? Just… if you look at the history, and the… everything that has gone down. His side, company’s side… I think he would’ve said it a couple of years ago, ‘Never happening!’ But things change.

CM Punk revealed the inspiration behind his gear for the SummerSlam last year
In 2024, Punk had a heated rivalry with Drew McIntyre, which began when The Scottish Warrior caused a real-life injury. Punk finally returned to the ring at SummerSlam, facing McIntyre in singles competition for the first time since his WWE comeback. Recently, The Second City Saint shared the inspiration behind his gear.

While speaking with Stephanie McMahon on her new series, Punk revealed that his gear wasn’t ready for the event. He wore an extra pair from the Royal Rumble PLE but admitted he thought it was cursed due to his injury. He later met with the design team and asked them to create gear inspired by Bret Hart.
My gear tonight was made emergency got made because it didn’t get done. I do have this pair that I wore at the Royal Rumble. So, the significance of this, 1997 SummerSlam main event was Bret Hart versus The Undertaker with Shawn Michaels as the referee. I’m just ripping off what Bret wore.

Punk explained why the gear was special to him, reminiscing about Hart’s match against The Undertaker at SummerSlam 1997. He said his match with McIntyre reminded him of that bout, where Shawn Michaels was the referee—just as Seth Rollins was in his own match.
