Privacy concerns are an issue that is faced by nearly every celebrity on the planet, including WWE superstars. While most fans are respectful, some go too far with their actions while meeting up with their favorite wrestlers. Probably having gone through many such experiences himself, CM Punk recently spoke out against the issue.

CM Punk recently uploaded an Instagram story where he highlighted that airports were not supposed to be a meet-and-greet event. He asked for his privacy while traveling. Fans speculated that the Best in the World may have recently had a negative interaction at an airport with fans, which prompted this story in response.

Several WWE superstars have had their privacy breached in recent times, especially at airports. Rhea Ripley was, unfortunately, the victim of such an incident earlier this year where she was repeatedly hounded by a rude fan at the airport. Other superstars such as Liv Morgan and Rey Mysterio have also gone through the same thing. Video footage of many of these incidents is also available on the internet.

Hey guys! Love y'all, but friendly reminder to respect privacy and boundaries. Airports are not a meet and greet. If I have to ask you to please stop following me multiple times you have crossed a line. Please stop this. Thank you. (and stop using your children as a shield or an excuse)

Top WWE superstar Bronson Reed has also spoken out against the issues of privacy invasion. He strictly refused fans to send mail directly to his house, as he only wanted his home to be for his family. Instead, he asked that fan mail be sent to the WWE Headquarters or the Performance Centre. This sentiment was also shared by Cora Jade, who faced the same problem.

Drew McIntyre reveals his initial reaction to CM Punk returning to WWE

CM Punk returning to WWE at Survivor Series 2023 in Chicago was truly a ‘hell freezing over’ moment. Fans and wrestlers had mixed reactions to this news, both positive and negative. Speaking to PWInsider, Drew McIntyre revealed his initial reactions to the Straight Edge Superstar making his iconic return to the Stamford-based promotion.

Drew McIntyre revealed that he was annoyed after finding out about the news. However, he understood the reason behind this decision from a business perspective. Although there was a lot of history and feelings involved, the Scottish Warrior knew that he could put those feelings aside and tell a highly compelling story if given the chance to work with Punk.

I mean, if I had a chance to really think about it, initially, I was pretty annoyed, but I understand business and I understand why it was done, but, I found it interesting that everybody started going, oh, it’s obviously going to be this, or obviously going to be this guy.

The former WWE Champion acknowledged that Punk was also a professional. They had now been given a platform to show what they could do. He believed that their storyline was making people believe and feel something when these two superstars were on screen.
