CM Punk promises to make Drew McIntyre bleed inside Hell in a Cell (via WWE)
After suffering a brutal attack a couple of weeks ago, CM Punk returned on the latest episode of Raw. Kicking off the show, Punk cut right to the chase. The Second City Saint sent a warning to Drew McIntyre ahead of their Hell in a Cell bout at Bad Blood. Punk explained his reasons behind accepting a match inside the demonic structure.
The Voice of the Voiceless believed that a personal rivalry of this caliber deserved an ending as ruthless as Hell in a Cell. With a defiant look on his face, Punk vowed to go to inordinate lengths to ensure McIntyre suffered. Moreover, he boldly asserted that he was ready for this match to mark the end of his illustrious career. Promising blood and violence, the former AEW wrestler claimed that he would drag his opponent down to “hell” with him.
Needless to say, Punk looks more than determined to finally resolve this feud. What started as banter between both stars has gradually become the most personal rivalry of the year. Broken family bracelets and ruined homecomings—they’ve done everything possible to ruin each other’s lives.

At SummerSlam, McIntyre emerged victorious in their first outing. A month later, CM Punk evened the score after defeating The Scottish Warrior in a strap match. Although the former affirmed that the feud was done and dusted, McIntyre unleashed a hellacious assault on his rival. Nevertheless, fans cannot wait and see what transpires once Punk and McIntyre are locked inside Hell in a Cell.
Drew McIntyre will respond to CM Punk on next week’s episode of Raw
Soon after CM Punk cut an impassionate promo, Drew McIntyre responded to him on X. The latter declared that Punk only has one match left in him, i.e., their upcoming Hell in a Cell clash. Furthermore, Drew added that he was “glad” to see his rival finally show some fire on Raw.
Later in the show, Joe Tessitore announced on commentary that McIntyre would be appearing on Raw next week. According to PWInsider, The Scottish Warrior’s absence on last night’s episode was due to creative reasons.
WWE is seemingly keeping the two enemies apart from each other until their blowoff match at Bad Blood. Therefore, it will be interesting to see what McIntyre has to say live on Raw following Punk’s threatening message.
