It was an amusing turn of the events that witnessed Reigns and Punk unexpectedly mending fences in WWE. Following the match, The Best in the World shared an emotional embrace with Paul Heyman.
The moment CM Punk stepped out of the WarGames structure, Heyman was waiting for him at ringside. Both stars hugged each other in a heartfelt moment, marking a temporary farewell. However, The Second City Saint hinted at the future, stating that when the time is right, he would return to The Wiseman to seek his favor for aiding the OG Bloodline.

CM Punk is known for his short-tempered attitude throughout his career. He has been involved in a number of backstage altercations in the past, and Survivor Series witnessed another such interaction. Minutes before the WarGames Match, The Best in the World and Bronson Reed went off on each other, forcing WWE to black out their screen in the middle of the broadcast.
During his entrance, Punk confronted Bronson Reed, getting in the latter’s face and shoving him despite Reed being inside the cage. The Second City Saint’s actions enraged The Auszilla, sparking chaos during the entrances. Although other members of The Bloodline restrained Reed, WWE ultimately blacked out the screen to contain the situation.
