Raw moving to Netflix was hyped up tremendously by the WWE Universe. Fans thought that this would allow the promotion to show more explicit content on their programming. However, the product did not see an increase in its age rating, and they continue to censor many things. A recent example of this occurred during the steel cage match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins on the latest episode of Raw.

During the match, Seth Rollins opened the steel cage door. He offered his opponent to walk out if he really wanted to. Punk responded to this offer by showing his opponent the middle finger. Right at this moment, the Netflix feed faded to black. The footage returned a few seconds later and showed that the two competitors had started brawling once again. Even Pat McAfee cracked a joke about this situation. He said that the Best in the World was not using his pointer finger.

The match continued as usual after this spot. Rollins later brutalized his opponent with a stomp from the top turnbuckle. However, Roman Reigns made his return to WWE and dragged his former stablemate out of the ring. He beat down both competitors, potentially hinting at a triple threat match between them for WrestleMania.

Coincidentally, this is not even the first feed blackout that WWE has experienced in the past few weeks. On the February 21st episode of SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton took on Candice LeRae in a singles match. During the bout, the Buff Barbie had a wardrobe malfunction and became the victim of a “nip slip.” This caused the USA Network to black out the SmackDown feed until the issue was resolved.

CM Punk explains his philosophy when working with legends

After spending nearly three decades in the professional wrestling industry across various promotions all over the world, CM Punk has an impressive resume of superstars with whom he has worked. Of course, this includes many veterans and legends of the industry that others only dream of working with.

During a recent interview with Inside the Ropes, Punk stated that he has always tried to rise to the levels of the legends he has worked with. He narrated a story about how he had gotten the chance to work with Eddie Guerrero very early on in his career. This made the Raw superstar realize how much of a gap existed between him and others.

I’ve always tried to rise to the level of the legends that I’ve worked with, you know, and early in my career, when I got to work with a guy like Eddie Guerrero, like, you know, I realized, like, real fast there was such a talent and experience disparity.

Since then, it doesn’t matter to him whether he is working a match or simply in a backstage segment with someone else. He tried to work with them and learn from them as much as he possibly could. He mentioned doing segments with ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin and even asking Bret Hart to put him in the sharpshooter as examples of this statement.
