Cody Rhodes is widely regarded as the John Cena of the current generation. Not only is he a great wrestling talent, but he is highly involved in his efforts outside the WWE, ranging from fan meets to charities. The WWE superstar recently revealed some behind-the-scenes details of his efforts.
Cody Rhodes recently uploaded an Instagram story where he was standing backstage at an arena and claimed to walk into something that one often does not see. He showcased several replicas of the WWE Undisputed Championship belt that were waiting to be signed by him.
The SmackDown Superstar showed many belts and cardboard boxes filled with replicas lying on tables across the entire corridor. He revealed that fans had already purchased all these titles and would ship them off after he signed them.
The 38-year-old thanked and appreciated fans for their support and got on with his singing. Later, he uploaded an updated photo showcasing all the belts that he had signed. The photo comprises nearly a hundred belts that all had the WWE Undisputed Champion’s signature on them.
Arn Anderson claims Cody Rhodes is the perfect guy to be the face of WWE
Cody Rhodes has been appreciated for his efforts by many legends of the business. His former manager, Arn Anderson, recently had some extremely kind words to say about the former AEW EVP as well. Speaking on the ARN Podcast, he said that the wrestling legend was perfect for a predominant role in a wrestling company.
Rhodes had the look, he was a professional and a gentleman, alongside having tremendous talent. The American Nightmare loved the business and had a lineage second to none. The former AEW manager claimed that a guy like that should be on top of the roster of any company that he is a part of, no matter how big.
Arn Anderson claimed that the former AEW TNT champion was not afraid of a fight either. If one needed him to wrestle a 40-minute match, it would not be a problem for him. The four horsemen member claimed that the WWE knew what they had with Rhodes, and were glad to have him back. He was an all-around pro and it was no wonder that the company tasked him with beating Roman Reigns and crowned him with their biggest championship.
