Cole Palmer is undoubtedly one of the best players in the Premier League and Chelsea’s main man. The 22-year-old is in electric form for the Blues this season, with Enzo Maresca delighted with his performances. Chelsea’s No. 20 already has 6 goals and 5 assists from seven Premier League games and was awarded the England Men’s Player of the Year recently.
As the forward keeps getting better, former Chelsea defender William Gallas thinks that this may eventually lead the player away from Stamford Bridge. The fact that Maresca has publicly stated that his side do not have winning the Premier League or the Champions League as a priority may dissuade the Englishman from continuing at the club.
Gallas feels that Chelsea will be forced to have a difficult conversation with their star man if they fall short of winning a trophy this season as well.

Chelsea have agreed upon a £56 million fee for the teenager, with many claiming that he is next big thing from the country since Neymar Jr. himself. He also shared instances of him in training for Brazil, as he managed to annoy Liverpool keeper Alisson Becker by scoring every shot.
Many supporters even claim that the teenager is better than both Vinicius Jr. and Endrick when they were at his age. Chelsea are currently on their way to creating a winning project under Enzo Maresca. With 14 points from seven games, the club is currently fourth in the Premier League.
