The Indianapolis Colts’ harmless prank on Tyreek Hill nearly backfired on them. On Wednesday, the NFL released the full 2025 schedule of the league phase, and the Colts are set to have a rematch against Hill’s Dolphins on opening day.
Shortly after the NFL announced details about all the games, the Colts’ X account shared a video created on the Minecraft engine. It contained questionable visuals.
Hill was depicted as a dolphin—because he plays for the Dolphins—swimming away from the coast guard. Dolphins are fast swimmers, but the Coast Guard vessel caught up to the dolphin.
BREAKING: The Indianapolis #Colts DELETED their 2025 schedule release video just an hour after posting it.

😳😳😳
The team likely deleted it because they had the Coast Guard arresting #Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (@cheetah) in the video.

A loud siren in the background brought back memories of the horrors that unfolded before the week one game last season.
The Dolphins had a match against their Florida neighbors, the Jacksonville Jaguars, at Hard Rock Stadium on September 24. Hill was on his way to the game when the Miami-Dade police stopped him for speeding.
Things escalated quickly after Hill asked the police to let him leave so he could play for the Dolphins. However, the cops pinned the All-Pro receiver to the pavement.
The 31-year-old nearly ended up in jail if it weren’t for his agent. He played the game against the Jaguars and caught 7 passes for 130 yards. After scoring his one touchdown of the fixture, Hill celebrated by taunting the police. His wide receiver partner, Jaylen Waddle, pretended to be one of the cops and fake handcuffed himself as a sign of protest.
Hill raised his voice against the police after the game. He pointed out that he could have been behind bars if he weren’t Super Bowl winner Tyreek Hill.
How did Tyreek Hill perform in the Dolphins’ previous meeting against the Colts?
Following their opening day win against the Jaguars, the Dolphins faced divisional rivals the Buffalo Bills. It was a tough day. On top of losing 31-10 to the Bills, the Miami franchise also witnessed their starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, end up in concussion protocol.

The Dolphins went 1-3 in the next four games with Skylar Thompson, Tyler Huntley, and Tim Boyle as their quarterbacks.
In week seven, they traveled to the Lucas Oil Stadium to play the Colts. The AFC South team was going through its own issues at the quarterback spot as Anthony Richardson was under tremendous pressure to perform. The Colts handed the Dolphins their fourth defeat of the year by snatching a 16-10 win. Hill only caught one pass the entire time.
This was only Hill’s second outing against the Colts since entering the NFL. He faced the Colts in his rookie season while wearing the red and gold of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016. Andrew Luck was still around for the Indi club, but the tag team of Nick Foles and Alex Smith bagged a 30-14 win for the Chiefs. Hill caught five passes for 98 yards and scored one touchdown that day.
Five years later, Hill left the Chiefs and signed for the Dolphins in 2022. Four years since then, he stands on the threshold of a possible trade. Unless the Dolphins find a suitor to take on the $30,000,000 yearly salary, fans should expect the speedy wideout to line up in light green at Indianapolis on September 7.
