Lauren McDavid designs the WAG jackets for Connor McDavid’s rival teams

Connor McDavid’s wife, Lauren McDavid, started her apparel brand Sport Club Atelier in December last year. The Edmonton Oilers collaborated brand focuses on custom-made fan gear including the special-edition jackets they made for the 4-Nations Face Off. Ever since the tournament, the jackets donned by WAGs all over the stadium have caught the fans’ attention.

Lauren designed the jackets for both Canada and Sweden, who opened the tournament’s opening game. While Canada had red and white, Sweden’s merchandise featured colors yellow and black with little detailing on the sleeves as well as the front. The latter also had its logo embedded largely on the back.

Meanwhile, USA’s WAG jackets were beige puffer style with ‘USA’ embroidered on the front. It also had a No. 13 patch in honor of the late Johnny Gaudreau. For the fourth nation, Finland, Lauren opted for a navy blue trench coat with details, such as numbers, camouflaged with the same shade all over.
