Conor McGregor confirms that he is going to face Manny Pacquiao next in a boxing match

While the rumors of The Notorious Conor McGregor returning were already heated up, his manager confirmed that he is returning to the ring.
Ariel Helwani was told by Conor McGregor’s manager that he is in talk with boxing legend Manny Pacquiao to face Conor next. This fight isn’t a done deal yet, but they are talking for this fight to happen in late December of early January this year.
Conor also shared screenshots of his chat with Dana, talking to him about the fighting options he will be facing next. His manager also said “After the fight with Pacquiao, Conor was planning to return to the UFC in 2021“.
McGregor v/s Pacquiao
Conor McGregor’s boxing match with Floyd Mayweather was promoted by UFC as well and it became one of the highest-grossing combat sports events of all time.
Pacquiao, on the other hand, is a boxing legend he has been the champion of 10 different weight classes in boxing. If Conor is going on a one-on-one match with him it is going to be a very hard fight for him.
With this Conor v/s Gathje fight’s expectations are also hyped up as he said after this boxing match he will be probably making his UFC comeback.
The star has last fought in January against Donald Cerrone in which he won the fight in just 40 seconds. He has been inactive since then, this has frustrated him.
So is this the big announcement that Dana has to make regarding Conor in 2021. If UFC will promote this fight as well no doubt the hype for this fight is going to be on another level.
This news will surely bring a smile on Notorious MMA’s fan as their star is to step back in the ring again.
