Conor McGregor following Frontier Airlines on socials, after rival Khabib Nurmagomedov deplaned: “Let the games begin”

Frontier Airlines rejected the underlying thought that ex-UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov was deplaned for ethnic/religious reasons. The management floated that it was nothing other than not being compliant with Federal Aviation Administration standards. But tell that to Khabib’s longtime pro rival Conor McGregor, because he just does not give a hoot and followed them like a frenemy!
Former fighter and UFC Hall of Famer Nurmagomedov took the chatboards by storm last week. During a PFL MMA media sit-down for #RoadtoDubai, he took a wild dig at Irish MMA. This week again, Khabib made the headlines en route to the UFC 311 PPV card in Inglewood, California.
Frontier Airlines turfed him per FAA requirements for emergency aisle passengers. But the truth is, Khabib is fluent in English; it has hence started quite a controversy. McGregor, notoriously, took the next step and followed the airlines on socials. Now that is some pro-level hating that only McGregor holds infamy for.

Last year, per mma.metarating.ru, Nurmagomedov reportedly owed $3.3 million (or just over 300 million rubles) to the Federal Agency. His Eagles MMA gym also came under fire for alleged terror links to a one-time fighter. McGregor, as is the norm, took to his tweet-and-delete spree to diss him for betraying his country. Now, he takes a passive approach to his hate. McGregor’s antics have the attention of the MMA clique.
Fight fans react to Conor McGregor’s subtle diss on rival Khabib Nurmagomedov
Khabib Nurmagomedov should still be in Los Angeles later this week for UFC 311, barring a very inconvenient last-minute postponement due to the Palisades wildfires. But the hustle with Frontier Airlines provides a new wrinkle in that. Even the Council on American-Islamic Relations followed through and supported Khabib for the connotations of racial profiling.
For his part, “The Eagle” said the attendant who first approached him “was very rude from the very beginning.” However, given his usual disposition, the calm Khabib moved on. Enter Conor McGregor into the fold!
For the nth time in the last minuscule yay-much amount of time, the Irishman takes to poking at his rival again. McGregor last fought in his 2021 TKO leg break loss to Dustin Poirier and is yet to make his ring return. Away from the game, here are a few top reactions.

The two have been embroiled in an intense rivalry since their UFC 229: Khabib vs. McGregor PPV event. Nurmagomedov bagged a win over UFC’s “first legit megastar.” Fans took a swipe that it’s a blow that “Mystic Mac” hasn’t gotten over yet.
Some have lauded his usual strain of antics. A prime reaction even quipped, “Let the games begin.” But most others are angsty for his return and do not care for such trivial games. All in all, it does not bode well for the Dubliner to poke the bear that made him tap mercilessly.
