UFC superstar Conor McGregor continues to disappear from the public eye in the wake of his high-profile civil suit. The former UFC two-division champion and one-time boxer is now proven liable for the 2018 assault of one Nikita Hand. After which, the “McGregor” effect is on a down low. The latest to distance itself is the Irish Wax Museum.

The ruling favoring Nikita Hand cost him upward of $260,000, pending appeal. Conor McGregor, the only athlete from UFC to once make it to global boards of riches, is now bleeding money. Not long after McGregor was scrubbed from the Proper 12 brand, this is yet another blow. The Irish Wax Museum pulled down his sculpture from the stands.

A spokesman told The Journal that McGregor’s waxwork was no longer displayed in the ‘Sports Icons Room.’ It previously stood alongside the likes of Jack Charlton, George Best, Steve Collins, and various other famous Irish sports stars.

Alongside, the Irishman also sees his windfalls dwindling. Tesco, Musgraves, Barry Group – the owner of the Costcutter, Carry Out, and Quik Pick franchises has stopped selling McGregor products overall.

McGregor hasn’t fought since his 2021 leg break TKO to Dustin Poirier. The MMA promoter and part-time actor is also due to be in court for his case against ex-partner Artem Lobov. The Irish Wax Museum might have given up on his brand value. However, an old rival has come out of the woodwork to tout his guilty charge in a brand of his own.

Crypto meister Khabib Nurmagomedov pumps Conor ‘Convict’ McGregor coin

In a rare return to social media, Khabib Nurmagomedov has had his say on Conor McGregor’s recent guilty verdict. Nurmagomedov and McGregor had one of the nastiest feuds in MMA history. McGregor repeatedly crossed the line by insulting Khabib’s family, wife, and father in the past.

Nurmagomedov and his crew ambushed McGregor’s then-friend Artem Lobov. This led to the ‘Notorious’ bus attack in the bowels of MSG. Now, ‘Eagle’ is soaring high and reveling in his guilty charge against Nikita Hand. He did it in a very strange way: promoting a dubious new cryptocoin that claims to be supporting the “victims” of Conor McGregor.

Good job guys , you have my full support, this guy deserve punishment.

Khabib faced his own set of flak when he reverted to crypto farming cultures all of a sudden. But now, it’s the new “it” in town. The ‘Convict McGregor’ coin (aka $CONVICT) claims it will ‘donate towards the legal fees of Convict McGregor’s victims’. Its social media account is full of McGregor memes, updates on companies dropping the former UFC double champion, and stories of nose-blows.

That’s the neatest way of 50-45’ing someone out of the park. It’s neater than most of his Submission ESPYs to date. The $CONVICT coin hit a high of C$0.0006902 on the heels of Khabib’s support post. It is currently sitting at C$0.0004792 after what appears to be a big sell-off following an initial pump! Whether genuine or another crypto scam, this is letting know that Nurmagomedov is refueling the hate engine.
