The recent high school sensation Cooper Flagg has taken the NBA world by storm. The high school athlete played against Team USA as part of the select team. During the practise, he showed off his basketball skills which left many NBA fans in shock. Many current NBA superstars have talked about the young star. Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum also shared his thoughts on the young kid.
During the 7PM in Brooklyn podcast, Jayson Tatum sat alongside Carmelo Anthony and talked about Cooper Flagg. Tatum praised Cooper Flagg and his skills and said that he was already comparable to the stars he played against on Team USA. He stated that while Flagg is not at the top level yet, in a few years can reach NBA heights.
It just reminds you of like, ‘Aight, he’s on the path to be the guys he playing against. Majority of us was a version of him when we were 17,18 playing against pros. Flagg stands at 6ft 9 and is very versatile with his game. He can do a variety of roles on the court just like stars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant who can pass, shoot, defend and make plays. He could look more dangerous when the time comes for him to enter the NBA. He has already shown the blueprints of a future NBA superstar.
The fact that Flagg is still in High School and has got the NBA world talking speaks volumes of his talent. Everyone on the 7PM in Brooklyn podcast agreed that Flagg will eventually be a future NBA superstar.

USA Basketball has formed one of the most stacked teams with a combination of NBA superstars and veterans. But during the practice session of Team USA, a young high school star stole the show. Duke Devils Blue freshman Cooper Flagg has become the talking point for every NBA fan.
After the video of Team USA practice went viral, Flagg grabbed people’s attention when he played against LeBron James and his team. He was seen receiving a pass from the young Warriors rookie Brandin Podziemski and then went through Anthony Davis for a dunk. This move went viral all over social media and many called him a generational talent.
While he is in high school he still has got time to improve his game and get ready to play in the NBA. Fans could soon see NBA teams flocking already to get Flagg.
