“Biggest rivalry of all-time” – Twitterati ecstatic as India and Pakistan set for 2021 T20 World Cup clash

The two Asian giants and arch-rivals – India and Pakistan are set to face each other in match 4 of the Super 12 stage in the ongoing 2021 T20 World Cup. The high-voltage clash is scheduled to take place on October 24 from 7:30 PM (IST) onwards at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.  

The fans and supporters of both sides are super excited ahead of this game as an Indo-Pak encounter is taking place after a gap of two years. The two teams last played during the 2019 World Cup in England where Virat Kohli’s men registered a one-sided win of 89 runs (DLS method). 

Moreover, the Pakistani team is yet to beat the ‘Men in Blue’ in a World Cup game as the latter hold the overall record of 11-0. The Indians have won all six matches in the 50-over WC and all five games in the 20-over ICC tournaments. They even beat their neighbouring country in the finale of the inaugural edition of the ICC World T20 back in 2007 under the leadership of MS Dhoni.
