 The 18th match of the 15th season of the Indian Premier League is being played between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. This is the fourth match of IPL 2022 for both the teams. Faf du Plessis won the toss and invited Rohit Sharma & Co to bat first. After this, Mumbai Indians lost Tilak Verma as their fourth wicket. His wicket was taken by Glenn Maxwell.

After losing the toss, Mumbai Indians made a very poor start by batting first. The first team lost the wicket of their captain Rohit Sharma. After his dismissal, there was a line of falling of the wicket. The team started losing its wickets in a short span of time. Royal Challengers Bangalore bowlers broke the back of Mumbai batsmen.

At the same time, Mumbai Indians’ superstar young batsman Tilak Verma also could not survive against Bangalore and returned to the pavilion without opening an account. Tilak Verma was run out by Glenn Maxwell in the fifth ball of the 9th over. Glenn Maxwell is playing his first match of IPL 2022 against Mumbai Indians and has announced his return as soon as he takes the wicket of Tilak.

Royal Challengers Bangalore showed the way to the pavilion for half the team of Mumbai Indians on 62 runs. This match is the fourth match of IPL 2022 for both the teams. Bangalore has won two matches of IPL 2022, while on the other hand Mumbai Indians have not been able to open their account in IPL 2022 so far. Mumbai Indians are eagerly looking for a win. Till the writing of the news, Mumbai Indians have scored 91 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
