Following India’s comprehensive defeat to Pakistan in the T20 World Cup, Harbhajan Singh has been in the crosshairs of former Pakistan cricketers and now journalists. Harbhajan had jokingly said Pakistan should give India a walkover ahead of their face-off with India as they can’t beat them. And following the defeat, Shoaib Akhtar was the first to take a dig at him.

While it all ended between the legendary bowlers with funny banter, it became early thereafter. Mohammed Amir shared an old video of Bhajji conceding four sixes in a Test match against former Pakistani skipper Shahid Afridi. Harbhajan was not on to back down and an ugly spat ensued between the two.

As the Twitter battle between Harbhajan Singh and Mohammad Amir raged, supporters from both countries jumped in to show their support for their players. It was then that a Pakistani journalist, reshared the video of Singh being taken apart by Afridi and it didn’t go down well with Harbhajan Singh.

The Turbinator came up with a cheeky reply as he shared a video of him and Zaheer Khan hitting Afridi all around the park in a Test match. “For ur reference anpad (illiterate) journalist,” Harbhajan wrote. To everyone’s relief, the storm on the microblogging platform has subsided as peace prevails.
