India legend MS Dhoni rarely posts something on his social media despite having millions of followers. Even when current India wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant dragged him to an Instagram Live session, Dhoni quickly said a quick hello before shutting down his cell.
After two years, on Saturday, August 13, he changed his Instagram DP to a tricolour picture which is accompanied by a quote in Sanskrit. The Sanskrit quotes translates to “I’m blessed to be a Bhartiya”.

The whole cricket franternity were shocked by this as India’s most successful captain finally big goodbye to international cricket. But he continues to play in the Indian Premier League captaining Chennai Super Kings. Under Dhoni, India have three ICC titles to their name while CSK have got four trophies under the captaincy of Dhoni.
When India weren’t considered as favourite to win the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007, Dhoni, who was made captain for the first time, lead the Men in Blue to their first title win. Four years later, India under him won the ICC ODI World Cup and in 2013, India won the ICC Championship Trophy too under him.
