“Cops are pushing us”- Indian fans are not allowed to watch PAK vs SL Asia Cup 2022 final wearing ‘India jerseys’ at Dubai

As Pakistan and Sri Lanka are squaring off on Sunday, September 11 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, the Indian fans wearing Team India jersey are not allowed to enter the stadium. Bharat Army, the fan group of Indian team have shared the video which is making rounds on social media.
Speaking to Bharat Army, a fan said that cops pushed them for wearing Team India jerseys. A fan has to wear either a Pakistan jersey or a Sri Lankan jersey to enter the stadium. Bharat Army’s official Twitter handle tagged ICC and ACC in its post to investigate the matter.
“The @icc & ACCMedia1 we urge you to investigate as our members travelled all the way from India to wathc the #AsiaCup2022 and have been told they can’t enter the stadium by local officials and the police! Absolute shocking treatment! #BharatArmy #PAKvSL,” wrote the Bharat Army on Twitter.

Pakistan vs Sri Lanka match so far
Meanwhile, Pakistan has won two matches of the three Super 4 matches, one against India and the other against Afghanistan to reach the final. While Sri Lanka won all the matches in the Super 4 clash.
Talking about the on-going game between Pakistan have won the toss and opted to bowl first. They have got off to a dominating start as they have already dismissed five of Lankan batters.
Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf scalped two wickets while Naseem Shah, Shadab Khan, and Iftikar Ahmed have picked up one wicket each.
At the time when this article is being written, Sri Lanka’s score read 79/5 in the 11.3 over.
