Recently a Pakistan Journalist, Rizwan Haider held a livestream on YouTube. He included cricket expert, Mohsin Ali, and the two were discussing a match on it. During the stream, there was a woman’s voice coming from Ali’s end and he tried hitting the woman. 

In the stream’s live chat, a fan pointed out how Ali tried hitting his wife, asking him to apologize for domestic violence and to respect women. Haider tried to diffuse the situation, but Ali went off on a rant on how he respects women and has been married for 31 years.

Let me explain it. Thirty-one years of married life. You must be younger than the years I have been married. Say these things to those who actually commit domestic violence. Thank god I respect mothers, sisters and wives, there’s a reason I've been married for 31 years.

Fans call out Mohsin Ali for hitting his wife 

Seeing the video, many fans on X (formerly Twitter) called out Mohsin Ali, accusing him for hitting his wife. They called him an abuser and felt bad for his wife. Some defended him, saying it looked like he was asking his wife to not disturb and not hit.
