School postpones Unit Test due to Finals
Cricket has a very rich culture and history in India, with it being termed as a religion in India. Almost every child has held a cricket bat once in their life and many spend their free time just playing or watching the gentleman’s game.
So it makes absolute sense when D.A.V. Public School, Faridabad, decided to postpone the Unit Tests from 20th November, Monday, to 21st November, Tuesday. This was done so that students could watch the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup Finals, which was being played between India and Australia on 19th November, Sunday.
In a notice released by the school, the school announced that they had postponed the Unit Tests and acknowledged how important cricket is. They said after numerous requests after the student bodies they came to the decision. The school also hoped their students performed well in their upcoming tests as they postponed.
