Rohit Sharma has so far gone unbeaten in the 2023 ICC ODI World Cup. Winning all 7 games they have played, India have qualified for the semi-finals with two games left.

India had their biggest victory in a World Cup match after beating Sri Lanka by 302 runs. India scored 357 thanks to fifties by Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer. They then bowled out Sri Lanka for only 55 runs thanks to wickets by Mohammed Siraj, Mohammed Shami, Jasrpit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja. Indian captain, Rohit Sharma, then went and thanked fans in the Wankhede Stadium for their support. 

While walking back to the dressing room, he met an artist who painted an artwork outside the Wankhede Stadium. He ensured he signed on the artwork and then went to thank all the fans for their amazing support. Before going back to the dressing room, he met a young fan while going up the stairs. He removed his shoe and gifted it to the fan.

Indian team wishes Shah Rukh Khan on his 58th birthday with a special video with Adidas 

Indian superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, turned 58 on 2nd November, 2023. The star has a huge following around the world, with him usually being associated as the face of Hindi cinema. To celebrate his birthday, the Indian Team in collaboration with Adidas released a special video for him.

In the video, Indian players did the iconic Shah Rukh Khan pose where they spread their arms. Shardul Thakur, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav and Rohit Sharma did the pose. In the background, the iconic song “Baazigar” from the 1993 Movie “Baazigar” was played.
