Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh slammed those who trolled him on Twitter for his laughing at a comment made by Shahid Afridi on Gautam Gambhir on a TV discussion. Shahid had commented about Gambhir not being liked by even his teammates to which Harbhajan and the journalist laughed at.
Ahead of the India vs Pakistan clash in Asia Cup 2022, the clip of the TV discussion was going viral and Indian fans were rather furious with Harbhajan about he can laugh like this when a “Pakistani” comments on his Indian teammate and that Gambhir was “not praised enough for what he did for India” and etcetera.
“I get many messages from India but there is nothing as such with me that I have had issued with any player. There is that video involving me and Gambhir that is widely articulated on social media but then Gambhir is the kind of player who is not liked even by his teammates,” this was what Afridi said on a show organized by SportsTak.

“Their job is to create issues in others’ work”- Harbhajan Singh

Harbhajan Singh though dismissed the trolls saying people just want to have fun by wanting to get a reaction from him, slamming the troll army how they make a big deal out of everything.
“These people just want to have some fun, nothing else. Their job is to create issues in others’ work, so that I say something or react,” Harbhajan said to Sports Tak.
“I don’t have to clarify anything about how close Gautam and I are or how good our friendship is. These people want to make a big deal out of everything. So they can do what they want. I would just like to give one piece of advice – act human. You were born as humans, so be human, don’t act like animals,” Harbhajan said.
