Venkatesh Prasad has called KL Rahul's innings "Outstanding"
During the 2023 Border Gavaskar Trophy, Venkatesh Prasad was very vocal on how KL Rahul should not be a part of the Indian team. For weeks he was criticizing KL’s performance and said that he needs to improve or be removed from the team.
This topic also caused a huge debate between Venkatesh Prasad and Aakash Chopra. Venkates called Chopra an agenda peddler and also refused to be a part of Aakash Chopra’s YouTube channel.
Today KL Rahul proved that he still is a really good player for India, scoring a century on his comeback match. The century saw him score 111 runs off 106 balls. Fans all around the world praised KL for his great century. That included Venkatesh Prasad who called his century outstanding. He also praised Kohli for his brilliant century and said both made batting look soothing and pleasing. He added that 356 runs is a huge total, and it is the same total India scored after Dhoni announced his arrival in international Cricket.
