Western Australia’s cricket squad faced travel issues due to American pop icon Taylor Swift‘s fans, who are also known as the ‘Swifties’. All direct flights to Sydney were sold out as the Swifties fans booked them for the Eras Tour.

As a result of this, the Western Australia squad had to split up, booking several indirect flights to the Australian capital for the Marsh Cup final. The final will be played on Sunday (February 25) at the Cricket Central, Sydney Olympic Park in Sydney against New South Wales.
