A few days before India faced Pakistan in the R. Premadasa stadium in Colombo, the Asian Cricket Council were thinking of shifting the match away from Colombo due to the rain forecast. They then decided to keep the match in Colombo itself.

After seeing these events, Najam Sethi tweeted that the Indian team was scared to face Pakistan and were trying their best not to face Pakistan. Harbhajan Singh in reply had asked if Najam Sethi was smoking something and India was not afraid of Pakistan.

On 11th September, India had beat Pakistan by a record breaking 228 runs. Harbhajan Singh on his Youtube Channel then said, “I have a message for Najam Sethi. He had said that Team India are afraid of playing against Pakistan, I hope he saw the kind of performance that Team India put up, a record win. I hope he must have got his answer, so keep your boys ready for the next game.”
