Ian Botham is one of the legendary all-rounders to play the game of cricket. His granddaughter Imani Jayne Botham has been appointed as one of the judges of the Miss England final in Doncaster. The grand event is scheduled to be held on August.

Last year, during the lockdown Imani had won the Miss England award while representing Yorkshire. Now, she will be the judge of the show. She had also acknowledged the importance of a no make-up round last year. She embraced the natural look as it gives individual more confidence having a natural look.

“In today’s world, many people are shaped by the unrealistic expectations of society and beauty demands. Issues surrounding mental health are becoming increasingly more prominent, with social media playing a part,” Imani was quoted by saying by examinerlive.co.uk.

“It’s very easy to compare ourselves against what we see on these platforms, and that’s why this round plays a large role in enouraging individuals to feel confident from inside out,” she added.
