Former Pakistan cricketer and Prime Minister, Imran Khan, was well known for being a ‘playboy’ and a s*x symbol during his playing days. A well known socialite, he was often spotted partying and was rumored to be dating with many models and actresses across the world. 

In the 1970s and 80s, he was seen with many Indian actresses like Zeenat Aman, Moon Moon Sen and Shabana Azmi. But the strongest rumor was of him and Rekha. In 1985, Star Magazine put up an article on how Khan and Rekha spent a month together in Mumbai in the 80s. People said the two were extremely close and were spotted in nightclubs, beaches and her house.

The two were also very close to getting married, with her mother approving the cricketer. Star Magazine’s article had the headline “Rekha Imran to wed? His inswing perfected”. They did not marry, with Khan marrying 10 years after the article was released. 

The company of actresses is good for a short period. I enjoy their company for some time and then move ahead. I cannot even think of marrying a movie actress.

Imran Khan and wife sentenced to 21 years imprisonment 

Already being imprisoned to 10-years of jail due to the cipher case, Imran Khan has now received an additional 21-years imprisonment for two different cases. The first was the Toshakhana case, in which he failed to report gifts from other heads from states to the government. For that, he and his third wife Bushra Bibi were given 14-years sentences in prison on 31st January, 2024. They were also handed fines of $5.3 million.

Just a few days later, he and his wife were sentenced to 7-years in prison. Bibi’s ex-husband claimed she did not complete her iddah/iddat period and was also fined $1,800 for it. Iddah is the period a woman must observe after a divorce or husband’s death. The ex-husband claimed Bibi was in an extramarital affair with Khan and they then divorced in November 2017. While the iddat period is supposed to last 128 days, Khan married within two months.
