India vs Derbyshire

Team India will lock-horns with England for the fifth rescheduled match starting from July 1 at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The Test is rescheduled because last year, after the fourth Test, Indian camp got affected by Covid-19 outbreak that lead to the postponing of the match.

India is leading the series by 2-1 and are eying the first Test series win on English soil since 2007. If the fifth match ends in a draw, it would be enough for India to win it. However, it might get difficult for the Indian team to defeat a confident English team that whitewashed New Zealand in a 3-match series. Also, keeping in mind, India won’t have the services of their regular openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul.
