Bazball has been an exciting revolution for Test cricket, with batters being allowed to play their shots and score runs. They have scored huge scores and been one of the most competitive Test teams out there. But Bazball have found themselves struggling in India, scoring a below par 246.

Losing eight of their wickets to spin, only one batter managed to score above fifty. Unable to bat against the spinners, the Bharat Army decided to mock the English team for their poor performance.

Indian fans mock Bazball after terrible batting performance

Before the series between India and England started, everyone wondered how Bazball would fare on the rank turners of India. Seeing their below-par score, every Indian fan mocked the England team and Bazball. After Yashasvi Jaiswal’s brilliant 80 off 74, Indian fans joked on how they preferred “Jaisball”.

The spin trio of Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel, shared 8 wickets between them. Jasprit Bumrah took the remaining two wickets. Jaiswal gave India a great start, scoring 80 runs before falling to Joe Root on the 2nd ball of the 2nd day. Rohit Sharma got a good start as well but played a reckless shot to get out.

Shubman Gill struggled throughout his innings, trying to extend his stay at the crease. He finally got out to debutant Tom Hartley after giving a catch to Ben Duckett at midwicket. Shreyas Iyer scored 35 but got out after he tried to hit Rehan Ahmed but found Tom Hartley at the boundary. India got the lead in the 56th over KL Rahul, who had also scored a century, hit Ahmed for a six.
