Former India captain Virat Kohli is known for his mental toughness on the field, which is what Sai Sudharsan wants to learn from him. “Virat’s mind is very strong. So, I want to take that trait from him,” he added.

Sudharsan rose to fame after his batting for the Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He replaced former New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson who had injured himself while fielding in the first match of the Titans. As a number three batter, Sudharsan scored 362 runs from eight games, including a brilliant innings of 96 runs from 47 balls in the final against MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
